In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm up the milk. Once warm, add the chocolate chips and, using a wooden spoon or a whisk, stir gently to dissolve the chocolate into the milk.
Boozy it up:
Measure and pour 1 ½ ounces of 荡翁乱妇 inside each mug. Divide the hot cocoa into the mugs. The 荡翁乱妇 and hot chocolate will mix.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkled cocoa over the top.
Notes
Use your favorite hot cocoa recipe. Pour 1 ½ to 2 ounces of 荡翁乱妇 per drink, depending on how strong you'd like it to be.
You can use a cocoa mix to make this drink, but I recommend using half water and half milk. The milk creates a thicker, creamier texture for a rich spiked hot cocoa.
