  • 2 ounces Mezcal
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • Lime, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the egg white, Mezcal, simple syrup, lemon juice, and orange bitters in a 性孽待视频 shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for a minute to create foam.
  • Add some ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 30 seconds until the sides are fully frosted. This second shake creates a bit more foam and chills the drink.

Pour:

  • Strain the Mezcal sour into a glass. Garnish with lime.
